Admission Procedure

Eligibility to take MCA Admission

  • Students must had written PGCET or KMAT entrance examination.
  • A candidate with any degree of a minimum of 3 years duration (10+2+3) of any public state University equivalent there in to with a minimum of 50% of marks in the aggregate of all subjects including languages, if any, provided further, that the candidate has studied Mathematics / Computer science /Business Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applications / Electronics as a subject at PUC level or equivalent HSC (XII Standard) or at Degree level is eligible for admission to MCA programme. Relaxation to SC/ST, Group I be extended as per University norms.
  • 50% seats are reserved for PGCET admission in total intake.

Admission Procedure

  • Students who want to take admissions in management quota, are need not to wait for PGCET examination results. They can come directly to college and complete the admission process.
  • For PGCET quota seats, students after announcement of college details in first round as per the student ranking and colleges are listed by the student, then student should pay KEA Fee and should complete the admission process.
  • Application forms, clearly filled up and duly signed by the applicant and the parent/guardian, should be submitted to the college office.

Documents Required

  • Photocopy of X, XII, UG all semester marks cards.
  • Photocopy of Aadhar card.
  • 3 Passport size photos.
  • Students those parents annual income is less than Rs. 3,00,000/- are supposed to submit the Caste and Income certificate to avail the scholarship benefits given by the Govt. of Karnataka.
  • Students completed under graduate programme other than Bengaluru City University must submit migration certificate after completion of admission process.
  • Students from outside Karnataka seeking admission should apply for an Eligibility Certificate from the Bengaluru City University.

Note: If you withdraw your admission, stop your studies, and decide to leave the College for any Reason, you will not be reimbursed for the fees you paid at the time of admission.
