SPORTS ACTIVITIES
The Department of Physical Education offers a wide range of activities from Athletics, Badminton, Basket Ball, Carrom, Chess, Cricket, Foot Ball, Hand ball, Judo, Kabaddi, Net Ball, Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Tenni koet, Throw ball, Volley ball and Yoga. The Department also trains the students to participate in the university, state, national and international sports and games.

| CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

The Cultural Committee conducts inter-class competitions to provide a platform for students to explore and develop their talents. The competition includes a wide range of activities from Speaking, Writing, Painting, Music, Dance to Cooking, Rangoli, Hair-styling, Flower decoration etc. Talented students are recognized through these inter-class competitions are given an opportunity to represent the College at various levels. Apart from this the Cultural Committee also nurtures a drama and theatre club which has brought accolades to our college at the state level.
Cultural Committee provides a forum for the expression of various talents through intra and inter-college competitions culminating in celebration of ‘Ethnic Day’ , Khadi Day and the Annual College Day –‘Tarang.’

Humanities Forum: The Humanities Forum coordinates all co-curricular activities of the Humanities departments. It organizes guest lectures and inter-action with eminent scholars and Government officials in order to give students a broader understanding of contemporary issues than is possible through the syllabus |

Science Forum: The Science Forum aims to inculcate student interest in new developments in various fields of science and technology through organizing national seminars, guest lectures by eminent scientists, conducting Science exhibition and lecture and presentation competition, for students and bringing out a newsletter. |

Commerce and Management Forum: The Forum coordinates all co-curricular activities of the department. It functions with the aim of providing students with an insight into a real-life business environment and honing their skills to negotiate with it through a wide range of activities. |

Ankura- Forum for Women: provides a platform for interaction among women staff and students to discuss issues related to women in our times. It aims to promote awareness and self-confidence in its members and also provides a platform for dealing with cases of sexual harassment, if required. |

Eco-Mithra Nature Club: aims to inculcate environment awareness among students and encourage students to actively involve themselves in community environment services. |

Vivekananda Adhyayana Kendra: The Forum is dedicated to the study and spread of the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda. |

Learning Spaces- Faculty Development Forum: The forum “Learning Spaces” provides a platform for exchange of knowledge and research and subject-related information through a newsletter and interactive sessions. |
